Changing Rooms

Separate changing rooms provided for men and
women are located along the eastern edge of the
building. These small changing rooms also had an
attached bath area.

Measurements

The Great Bath is ↔ 12 meters in Length with a width
of 7 meters, with a maximum depth ↕️ of 2.4 meters,
along with steps on the north and south sides.

Oval Well

This oval well is located in room 19 northeast of Great
Bath. It is the only well with an oval structure and may
have been used to draw water for nearby bathing
platforms or for filling the Great Bath.

Drainage System

The sloping floor leads to a small outlet at the
southwestern corner of the tank, connecting corbelled
arch drain, which led the used water out of the bath.
The floor of the tank was watertight due to finely fitted
bricks laid on edge with a gypsum plaster, and the side
walls were constructed in a similar manner. The drain
was located in the southwestern corner of the bath and
extended more than 6 feet deep
